Polynesian Seafood Pasta Salad Recipe

Polynesian Seafood Pasta Salad Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 pk (10 oz) multi-shaped pasta
3/4 cup of No fat mayonnaise
2 cn Manderine oranges drained,
-reserving 1/3 c. juice
2 cn (4.25 oz) shrimp (I used
-frozen), rinsed and drained
2 teaspoon of Soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon of Salt
1/4 teaspoon of Pepper
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup of Shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup of Sliced green onions
1 tb Chipotle pepper powder
-(cheyenne would work too)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cook macaroni as directed on package, drain. Rinse iwth cold water,
drain.
2. Mix together remaining ingredients, add to macaroni.
3. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours to blend flavors.
